Dear Graduands,
Congratulations to all our students who have successfully completed the prescribed programme of studies at BERJAYA University College.
The BERJAYA University College Convocation Ceremony will be held on 17th May 2026 (Sunday) at Lecture Theatre, Level 11, Berjaya University College. This ceremony consists of ONE session.

TRACER STUDY
- The Ministry of Higher Education is conducting a research on tracing IPTA/ IPTS graduates as an effort to maintain its quality of services and the higher education system in the country. Thus, it is COMPULSORY for the graduands to respond to this online tracer study.
- Upon completion of the online survey, graduands are required to print the confirmation of participation. The slip is required during the collection of Certificate.
- The Certificate and transcript will be withheld if the graduands do not complete the online survey.
- The online survey system will be available until 19th February 2025 (Wednesday).
- Any queries regarding the Graduate Tracer Study should be referred to the Office of the Registrar.

CONVOCATION REGISTRATION FEE
The convocation registration fee is <TBC>RM600.00. It includes the following:
- Complimentary invitation card for the Graduand and two (2) guests only
- Rental of graduation gown, hood and mortar board
- Light refreshments for graduands and guests
- Convocation souvenir booklet
- One complimentary standard onstage photo, sent via email
Please be informed that graduands are required to pay <TBC>RM100.00 (refundable) as a deposit in order to collect your convocation gown. The deposit will be refunded to you upon the return of the gown, hood and mortar board.
ALUMNI IN CEREMONIAL
Alumni from the Class of 2020 and Class of 2021 who have missed the physical convocation during the pandemic of Covid-19, you are allowed to join this convocation ceremony by subscribing to and paying the same convocation package. However, your name will not appear in the Class of 2023 Convocation Book. This group of graduands (alumni) is known as “Alumni in ceremonial”.
ADDITIONAL GUEST
Each graduand who have registered and subscribe the <TBC>RM600 convocation package is allowed to invite <TBC>two (2) guests on complementary basis. The guests must be above 18 years old (adult) preferably the parents, guardian, or immediately family members of the graduand.
Any additional convocation ceremony invitation cards will be charged at <TBC>RM150 per guest (inclusive of refreshments). Please be advised that this will be based on a first come first served basis for limited seats. Graduands are to email the request for additional guest to registry@berjaya.edu.my subject to availability.
CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION
- Graduands are to confirm their participation by fill up the online registration form with the evidence of the payment to be uploaded to the online registration form.
- Graduands who are not able to join are not required to fill up the online registration form. Arrangement to collect or deliver the academic scrolls and transcripts could be done after the Convocation ceremony by sending email to registry@berjaya.edu.my.
- Total payment of <TBC>RM700
<TBC>(including RM100 deposit) MUST be paid not later than <TBC>12th February 2025 (Wednesday) 11:30AM through one of the following methods:

- No replacement cards will be given if the invitation cards are lost or misplaced on the convocation day. Guests are required to present the card to the ushers at the respective entrances before entering the hall.
- Guests must be seated in the hall by <TBC>9:30am.
ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
CONVOCATION ATTIRE
The full convocation attire for BERJAYA University College consists of the following:
1. Gown
2. Mortar Board
3. Hood
Graduands who do not wear the complete convocation attire will not be allowed to enter the Hall.
Please be reminded that any alterations to the convocation attire are strictly prohibited.
COLLECTING AND RETURNING CONVOCATION ATTIRE
Collection of Attire:
Distribution and collection of convocation attire will only take place on the event day itself. Graduands are advised to come early to register and collect the Convocation attire. The registration counter will be open from 7:45AM onwards at the venue itself ie. Level 14 Berjaya Times Square Hotel.
Returning of Attire : To be returned immediately after the ceremony (16th February 2025) at Level 14 Berjaya Times Square Hotel.
Time : Before 2.00pm
Penalty for late return of Convocation Attire
A penalty of RM50.00 per day will be charged if the graduate fails to return the Convocation Attire within the deadline.
GOWN RENTAL, PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION & COLLECTION OF PHOTOS

Collection of original scroll and academic transcripts
Certificates and academic transcripts are to be collected after returning your Convocation Attire. However certificates and academic transcripts will not be given to graduands who owe any outstanding fees to the BERJAYA University College. <TBC>All graduands MUST also complete the MOHE online Tracer Study before 19th February 2025 (Wednesday).

Mini rehearsal will take place 30 minutes before the event begin.
END OF CEREMONY
At the end of the ceremony, graduands should only leave the Hall when instructed to do so.
GRADUATION LUNCH
Due to health and safety precaution, only packed food will be distributed after the convocation ceremony to all graduands and his/her guest who have registered and subscribed to the convocation package.

CAR PARKING FACILITIES
Car park facilities are available at the Berjaya Times Square. Flat rate charges of RM 15.00 (4 hours and above within the same day) during weekends are to be paid through cashless payment i.e Touch N Go or debit/credit card pay wave. (Parking charges are subject to change without prior notice)
